Our Story
Roasted on the coast, made by hand
We source seasonal single-origin beans and roast them in small batches so every cup tastes like the week it was roasted — never a warehouse shelf. Our bakers are in before the gulls, folding croissants and proofing sourdough for the morning crowd.
It's a family-run room: the same baristas who learn your order, the same cooks plating your eggs benedict, the same faces every Saturday. That's the whole point.
